🔧🌷 MAINTENANCE MONDAYS 🌷🔧

With launch getting closer, we also want to explain how server maintenance will work once BloomHaven is officially open.
To help keep the server running smoothly, we’ll have scheduled Maintenance Mondays throughout the month.
The specific Monday will be announced ahead of time so everyone has notice. Depending on how much needs to be worked on, some months may require more than one maintenance day, while others may only need one.
Maintenance may include:
🌷 Bug fixes & reported issues
🌷 Plugin updates & configuration changes
🌷 Performance improvements
🌷 Fixing broken or unintended features
🌷 General server cleanup
🌷 Testing fixes, updates & changes

⏰ There will NOT be a set amount of downtime.

Every maintenance day will be different.
Some may only take a couple of hours, while others could take considerably longer depending on the bugs we're fixing, the amount of work that needs to be completed, and whether we run into additional problems while working.
If we finish early, we'll open early! 💗
If something takes longer than expected, we'll continue working until we're comfortable reopening the server.
We'll keep everyone updated throughout the process so you're not left wondering what's happening. 🌿

🧪 IMPORTANT — THE SERVER MAY APPEAR ONLINE!

During maintenance, you may see BloomHaven go online and offline multiple times.
Don't panic — and don't start spam joining us. 😭😂
We may need to start, stop, restart, or temporarily open the server while we're testing fixes and making sure everything works properly.
Seeing BloomHaven online does NOT mean maintenance is finished!
🌸 Please wait until we officially announce that maintenance has ended before joining.

🚨 EMERGENCY / GAME-BREAKING ISSUES

Major problems will not wait until Maintenance Monday.
If something could seriously affect player inventories, claims, the economy, server security, player data, or the server itself, we'll handle it as soon as possible.
Maintenance Mondays are simply our dedicated time to handle everything else without constantly interrupting everyone's gameplay throughout the month. 💗

We wanted everyone to know what to expect ahead of time, especially as we get ready to finally open BloomHaven.
