Terms of Service
The rules for playing, creating, and supporting BloomHaven—written to protect our community and keep expectations clear.

01. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of the BloomHaven SMP Minecraft server, bloomhavensmp.com , and related services operated by Christa Resinger and Jacob Kasica ("BloomHaven," "we," "us," or "our").
By using these services, you agree to follow these Terms and the current server rules reasonably made available to players. If you disagree, do not use the services.
Players must have a valid, properly licensed Minecraft Java Edition account and satisfy any minimum age imposed by applicable law and the platforms they use.
BloomHaven is not intended for children under 13. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian should review these Terms with you. Purchases made through Tebex require the buyer to be at least 16 years old. We may restrict access where age, legal, or platform requirements are not met.
02. Independent Minecraft community
Minecraft names, trademarks, and game assets belong to their respective owners. You must also follow the Minecraft End User License Agreement, Minecraft Usage Guidelines, Microsoft service rules, and relevant Discord or other platform terms.
BloomHaven does not sell Minecraft accounts, Minecraft software, or access to official Minecraft services.
03. Our server and the forever world
BloomHaven aims to maintain a persistent main survival world where players can develop long-term projects.
“Forever World” and “no resets” describe our intended approach to normal world management—not an unconditional promise of perpetual hosting, perfect backups, or permanent preservation of every block, item, or account.
Separate resource worlds, temporary event areas, and other clearly designated resettable environments may be regenerated or removed.
We may also perform repairs, rollbacks, migrations, restores, updates, or emergency interventions in the main world when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, corruption recovery, legal compliance, or continued server operation.
We will endeavor to communicate material planned changes when practical, but emergencies may require immediate action.
04. Respect, conduct, and fair play
Players must follow our published server rules and reasonable moderation instructions. Unless expressly permitted for a particular event or area, prohibited behavior includes:
- Griefing, theft, unauthorized modification of others' builds, bypassing claims, harmful traps, or exploiting trust to cause harm.
- Hacking, x-ray cheats, unfair automation, duping, exploits, malicious clients, intentionally crashing or lagging the server, or knowingly abusing bugs instead of reporting them.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, sexual exploitation, doxxing, stalking, impersonation, scams, spam, and unwanted advertising.
- Illegal content or activities, malware, or attempts to access staff tools, private data, infrastructure, plugins, or accounts without authorization.
- Abusing alternate accounts, AFK systems, rewards, votes, purchases, or permissions to evade restrictions or manipulate gameplay.
These examples are not exhaustive. Staff may act on harmful conduct that undermines player safety, server integrity, or fair play, even if the exact method is not listed.
05. Moderation, restrictions, and appeals
BloomHaven may investigate reports and use proportionate measures such as warnings, chat restrictions, removal of illegitimately obtained items, rollback of damage, claim adjustments, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
Serious safety or security threats may require immediate action without prior notice. Decisions may consider available logs, surrounding context, and previous incidents.
Purchasing a product, Bloom+ membership, rank, or cosmetic does not grant immunity from moderation , priority over others, or guaranteed access to the server indefinitely.
Where practical, players may request review through our support channel or the contact listed below. Appeals do not guarantee reversal.
You are responsible for protecting Minecraft and linked accounts. Account compromise, account sharing, or third-party account bans may interfere with access to entitlements.
06. Builds, messages, and community content
You retain any rights you lawfully hold in original content you create, subject to Minecraft's and other licensors' rights.
By posting, building, sharing, or submitting content through BloomHaven, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, moderate, back up, and share that content as reasonably needed to operate, document, maintain, or promote the BloomHaven community.
This license does not transfer ownership of your independent original work.
Public builds, signs, chat, usernames, and events may appear on our website, BlueMap, announcements, screenshots, or community posts.
Please do not publish content you lack permission to use or that infringes others' rights. We may remove material for rule, security, legal, or technical reasons while respecting applicable law.
07. Claims, items, and player-run economies
Land claims, in-game balances, jobs, trade systems, items, progression, permissions, and related features are game functionality—not ownership of real-world property or a contractual guarantee of indefinite control over digital data.
Claim tools reduce risk but cannot prevent every loss, mistake, exploit, or rollback.
Staff may correct corrupted claims, restore damage, reverse exploits, reclaim administrative areas, and resolve conflicting claims or trades when necessary.
Unless stated otherwise in published rules, we make no promise to compensate for player-to-player trades, lost items, market price changes, deaths, gameplay mechanics, or failed transactions.
Any published inactivity or claim-removal rule must be followed as written.
08. Store, pricing, and Tebex checkout
The BloomHaven store presents digital goods intended for use on our server, including supporter benefits, virtual currency, crate keys, pets, and cosmetics.
Tebex is the seller or merchant of record for purchases completed through Tebex checkout. Your purchase contract is with the applicable Tebex seller, and its checkout terms govern payment, billing, taxes, refunds, payment disputes, and consumer rights. BloomHaven provides and administers the related in-game functionality.
Product descriptions, quantities, billing frequency, eligibility, limitations, and prices should be reviewed before checkout. The final amount, currency, taxes, fees, and payment methods are shown by Tebex.
Product availability, advertised benefits, and prices may change prospectively. A product's listing and checkout confirmation govern the benefits purchased at that time, subject to applicable law.
You must enter the correct Minecraft username and ensure the recipient can access the supported edition of the server. We cannot guarantee a misdirected item can be reassigned after delivery.
Purchasing on behalf of someone else requires their permission and an authorized payment method.
09. Petals, cosmetics, and virtual benefits
Petals are BloomHaven's server-specific virtual currency. Petals and other digital entitlements are limited, revocable rights to use designated in-game features, subject to these Terms and applicable product descriptions.
They are not money, deposits, securities, stored financial value, or property redeemable for cash. They cannot be cashed out, converted to real-world currency, used on unrelated servers, or transferred outside supported functionality.
Cosmetics, pets, ranks, tools, keys, permissions, and effects may rely on plugins, game versions, resource packs, or third-party technology.
We may make reasonable visual or technical adjustments, fix defects, retire unsafe features, or provide suitable replacements where feasible.
We will not knowingly misrepresent products at checkout, and statutory remedies remain available where applicable.
Purchase-based virtual currency and benefits must comply with applicable Minecraft monetization rules. Unauthorized resale, cash trading, duplication, exploitation, or chargeback-related abuse may result in appropriate actions.
10. Crate keys and chance-based rewards
Some crates provide randomly selected virtual rewards from the pool described in the relevant store listing or in-game preview.
Buying or receiving a key does not guarantee a specific rare item or outcome. Available prizes, relative chances or odds where disclosed, duplicate protections, and special mechanics depend on the particular crate and published description.
Crate keys and rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money. Buying keys does not provide an opportunity to win a cash prize.
Chance-based products may be restricted or discontinued where required by law, Minecraft platform rules, or safety requirements. We will provide legally required disclosures and restrictions before eligible purchases.
If a crate is advertised as excluding rewards already owned, or blocking an opening when no eligible rewards remain, that advertised behavior forms part of its description. Report failures through support so they can be investigated.
11. Bloom+ memberships and recurring charges
Bloom+ is an optional recurring membership. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, it renews monthly and the applicable subscription price is billed at each renewal until canceled.

While a Bloom+ subscription is active, members receive the benefits described in the product listing at purchase. These may include monthly Petals and crate keys, convenience commands, distinctive chat identity, and optional Discord/member cosmetics.
BloomHaven's currently advertised monthly rewards refresh at the start of each calendar month while the subscription is active. Eligibility, delivery conditions, and limits are determined by the published membership description.
Unused rewards are not promised to roll over unless expressly stated.
If a recurring payment fails, is reversed, or the membership otherwise expires, Bloom+ status and ongoing perks may be suspended or removed.
Benefits already issued are subject to the published product terms, technical behavior, legal requirements, and applicable Tebex purchase terms.
Material membership changes will be communicated in advance where required by law. We will not silently impose a new recurring charge without required notice or consent.
12. Delivery, refunds, and payment problems
Digital fulfillment may require the relevant Minecraft account to join the server or meet technical delivery conditions. Occasionally delivery is delayed.
If a product has not appeared, verify your Minecraft username and confirmation, allow reasonable processing time, and contact support with the Tebex order reference. Do not share full card details or passwords.
Payment disputes, cancellation requests, and refunds are handled under the applicable Tebex checkout terms and mandatory consumer law.
Many delivered digital items are generally non-refundable, but this does not eliminate non-waivable legal rights for goods or services that are defective, not supplied, or materially misdescribed.
Contact Tebex for payment issues and BloomHaven for game-side delivery problems so the appropriate party can investigate.
Fraud, unauthorized payments, reversals, and chargebacks may result in removal of affected entitlements, investigation, or restrictions where lawful and appropriate.
We will not penalize users merely for exercising legally protected chargeback or consumer rights in good faith.
13. Availability, maintenance, and data loss
BloomHaven is an evolving community project. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific uptime, permanent feature compatibility, or that worlds, builds, backups, items, or player data will always be recoverable.
Downtime may result from hosting, third-party providers, game updates, network attacks, maintenance, bugs, emergency rollbacks, or events beyond reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the server for legitimate operational, technical, safety, legal, or financial reasons.
When feasible, we will give advance notice of significant planned changes. Statutory rights regarding purchased benefits, including remedies for non-delivery or misdescription, are not excluded.
14. Responsibility, liability, and disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, free community features are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not responsible for loss caused solely by other users' unauthorized actions, your device or account security, unrelated third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control where liability may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.
No provision requires you to waive rights or remedies that applicable law makes non-waivable.
Where a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can attempt a practical resolution. Disputes involving the purchase contract with Tebex are subject to Tebex's applicable terms and governing law.
For disputes directly concerning BloomHaven services, applicable law and courts with lawful jurisdiction govern. We do not impose a mandatory arbitration clause or a purported waiver of statutory class-action rights through these Terms.
15. Changes, severability, and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect features, server operations, safety concerns, or legal requirements. Changes will be posted with a revised date and additional notice where required.
Material changes ordinarily apply prospectively and do not remove mandatory rights attached to completed purchases.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision once does not automatically waive future enforcement.
